Approach

How an engagement runs.

Five stages, and the people on the first call are the people doing the work. No account managers, no handover to a delivery team you have never met.

  1. Discovery call

    Twenty minutes, no pitch deck

We ask what takes up your week, what happens when nobody picks up the phone, and what you have already tried. By the end of the call you will know whether this is worth doing. If AI is not the right answer for your problem, we say so then rather than three weeks into an invoice.

  2. Scoped proposal

    One page, one price

You get a written scope: exactly what gets built, what it costs, and the date it lands. One fixed fee. No hourly billing, no separate discovery phase you pay for twice, and no change orders for things that were obviously part of the job.

  3. Build

You see it while it is being made

We work in short cycles and show you working software, not status reports. You will have a live link within days and can react to the real thing. Changes during the build are expected; that is what the cycles are for.

  4. Launch

Watched, not thrown over the wall

We go live and then stay close for the first weeks, because the first real customers always find something the plan did not. Voice agents run a supervised period on live calls before they handle anything unattended.

  5. Ongoing support

    Monthly, and cancellable

Hosting, monitoring, content updates and continued tuning of the agent as your business changes. You get a short monthly note on what customers actually asked for. Month to month — if it stops being worth it, you stop paying for it.

What we ask of you

The part that is on your side

Projects slip for one reason far more than any other: the content never arrives. We need your menu or price list, your hours, your policies and a named person who can make decisions. Give us those in the first week and the timeline holds. That is genuinely the whole ask.

Start with the twenty minutes

No preparation needed. Bring the problem and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
